**Right of withdrawal

Of course, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase and we always strive to deliver products of the highest possible quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for another model within 14 days of receiving the order.

- Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be delivered in its original condition.
- Products must be in their original condition with labels and markings.
- Returned goods must not contain traces of use.
- As a customer, you are responsible for the return costs.

Before returning an item, you must notify our customer service. Please contact us at info.wiexel@gmail.com or via our contact page to start the return process and state the reason for the return.

After sending the return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Within a couple of days after we receive the return, you will receive the purchase price back in your account! If you have not received a reply within a week of sending the return, please contact us at info.wiexel@gmail.com and quote your order number.

Always make sure that the package has a tracking number. Without proof of delivery with a tracking number, lost returns will not be refunded.

**Exchanges**

If you have received your order and would like to exchange it for a different product or model, please contact our customer service to start the return process. If the product meets our conditions, a replacement will be sent to you.
